About the position
Lead academic strategy and performance outcomes across multiple campuses. Oversee curriculum development, teaching quality, and academic innovation to drive consistent, high-impact learning outcomes.
**Note: Previous experience working in Africa or a willingness to relocate to Ethiopia is essential.
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- 5+ years teaching experience
- 3+ years in academic or managerial leadership role
- Demonstrated success as Head of Academics, Academic Director, or similar
- Registration with an accredited professional education body
- Familiarity with international curricula (IGCSE, IB, British Curriculum)
