Duties: * Working with the RTIA Communication’s unit team to compile and roll-out the AARTO education and community awareness outreach programmes Liaising with communities and stakeholders to implement AARTO education and awareness * Set up and attend meetings with provincial and local road safety stakeholders * Identification of strategic areas to compile and conduct AARTO education and awareness programme * Mobilising, engaging, and educating communities on AARTO benefits, particularly the elective options * Identify media appearance opportunities for AARTO education and awareness in local and provincial media outlets * Coordinate community events to promote AARTO as a road safety intervention * Setting up exhibitions stands targeting public areas in order to disseminate public education information on AARTO * Assist road users to check their AARTO infringements status on the national contravention register * Supporting government efforts to promote road safety * Perform administrative duties such as phoning stakeholders to confirm programme details and report accuracy * Compile and submit statistical information on the rollout of the AARTO education and awareness programme * Drafting and submitting monthly back-to-office reports to the Agency head office.
Requirements: Matric certificate * Minimum of one (1) year working experience in public /marketing/ community education awareness programmes * Quality report writing Basic Knowledge of MS Word and ExcelProficiency in English * Driving Licence, Certificate, Diploma and B degree in Communications and Marketing or Journalism will be an added advantage.
