SHEQ Intern

About the position

The purpose of the SHEQ Intern is to maintain the IMS System, and ensure legal compliance are adhered to at branch level. The position also requires you to compile SHEQ Files for projects accordingly. The SHEQ Intern should liase with Head Office on Safety related issues on a daily basis. The position also requires you to be responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety. You are also required to correct unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority, although the position requirements may exercise emergency authority to prevent or stop unsafe acts when immediate action is required.
