PURPOSE
The client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal to day to- day operations of the business. It extends beyond traditional operations and includes strategic commercial support. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless coordination between various operational functions, maintaining high standards of service delivery, driving efficiency and quality improvement across the organization. This role requires a candidate with both strong operational capabilities and a commercial mindset, ready to contribute to the teams ambitious growth plans.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Oversight:
• Assist the COO in developing operational and commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize cross-functional workflows and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement across all operational functions.
Commercial Analysis & Executive Support
• Assist the COO to prepare board reports, including operational and commercial performance updates, key metrics, and business risks.
• Provide data-driven and commercial recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Support the company’s expansion activities, including coordinating cross-functional efforts for successful market entry.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Supervise and mentor a team of junior and intermediate operational staff members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
• Coordinate logistics related to company equipment, supplies and pharmaceuticals necessary for patient care.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize supply chain processes and ensure timely procurement to support operational needs.
Vendor and Partner Management:
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to optimize services and maintain productive relationships.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to align with the company’s financial objectives.
• Track key commercial KPIs and ensure alignment with business goals and revenue targets.
Technology Integration and Innovation:
• Work closely with the technology team to leverage technology solutions for operational efficiency and patient care enhancement.
• Champion innovation initiatives that enhance service delivery, scalability, and market competitiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across interdisciplinary teams, including clinicians, integrated engagement staff, and external stakeholders.
• Serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and effective problem solving.
Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management with significant commercial exposure.
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior to intermediate teams.
• Proven ability to assist executives with board reporting and data-driven business recommendations.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement.
• Ability to execute operational strategies that support business growth and scalability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Operations Management, or a related field.
