About the position
Vacancy: TRANSPORT BROKER - Business Development
R18 to 19 000 Basic plus Medical Aid (R2 600) and Prov Fund + Commission
Location: Deal Party, Gqeberha
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics, transportation management, or a related field preferred.
- 2 plus yrs experience in Transport broking and sucessfull marketing in logistic field ESSENTIAL. No chancers, please!!
- Proven experience in fleet management, transportation logistics, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the transportation industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities and situations.
- Working Conditions:
- This role is primarily based at the client's premises and may involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Travel to other locations.
Basic Job Overview:
Business development in the Eastern Cape.
Planning and scheduling loads in collaboration with the dispatch department of the clients. Feedback to clients.
