About the position

Reporting to the Head of Department: Human Resource Value Creation (HRVC), the incumbent will increase organisational (and individual) effectiveness and deliver sustainable organisational performance through a values-based and people-centric culture.

Qualification
A Bachelor's Degree or B Tech Degree or an Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management as recognised by SAQA * An Honours Degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management will be an added advantage * Strong Organisation Development background and sound understanding of the energy industry * Minimum Five (5) years of experience with a traceable track record in Organisation Development.
