oProvide quality direct sales service that results in the production of business from new and existing sources, which contributes to the profitability and growth of the company.
oBreed productive relationships to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
oIdentify and action on cross & up selling opportunities across all products.
oMaintain an agreed NTU and Cancellation ratio.
oMonitor and resolve escalated client queries and complaints timeously.
oWorking accordingly with company policies
oEvaluate business needs and financial status and propose protection plans that meet their criteria
oWork with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their risk profiles
oReport the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders
oBe compliant in all activities in accordance with regulations and standards of all Insurance regulations and professional guidelines and ethics
oMaintain sales bookkeeping systems, database and records
oMonitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
oAchieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives
oConstantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
oFulfill all policy requirements
oHigh School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
oRE 5 qualification is essential and be FAIS Compliant in Non-life commercial products category
oValid driver's license and own reliable vehicle required for the role.
oSales or insurance certifications/licenses are advantageous.
oRelevant industry qualifications
oClear Criminal and Credit Record
oMinimum of 4 years of sales experience in the insurance preferably in the commercial sector
oDemonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
oExperience in client relationship management and sales generation.
oFamiliarity with insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations
oPrevious roles with increasing responsibility or progression in sales positions
oKnowledge of the insurance and financial services market
oStrong interpersonal and communication skills
oAbility to build and maintain client relationships.
oProficiency in sales techniques and closing deals.
oExcellent time management and organizational abilities
oAttention to detail and analytical skills.
oCustomer service orientation
oAdaptability and learning agility.
oTeam player with the ability to work independently.
oProficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications.
oProficiency in sectors with viable networks and connections

oAbility to work in Gauteng, Western Cape, Eastern Cape, and Free State Metropolitan Area
