About the position

I'm on the lookout for an exceptional Support Helpdesk Consultant to join our dynamic team in East Rand, Boksburg. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to shine and make a real impact in the tourism industry!

Job Description:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Helpdesk Consultant to provide first and second-line support to our tourism industry clients and partners on our proprietary ERP software. You'll be a tech detective, solving mysteries via telephone, email, and helpdesk, using investigative analysis and remote support tools.

Requirements:
?? NQF level 5+ qualification in a related field/industry
??? At least 2 years of support experience on an ERP application
?? Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking protocols, and software applications
??? Excellent communication and customer service skills

Beneficial Skills/Requirements:
?? SQL database maintenance and scripting experience
?? Understanding of accounting concepts (debits, credits, bank reconciliations, general ledger, financial reporting, etc.)
?? Certification in accounting and/or accounting-based software (e.g., Xero Certification, QuickBooks Online Pro Advisor)
?? Beyond the basics knowledge & use of Microsoft Excel
?? Experience with XML/API requests
??? Tourism and hospitality experience
