About the position
Based in one of Africa's largest and newest DC Hubs, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our supply chain initiatives.
You will:
- Analyze, re-define, and implement improved internal business supply chain processes and systems.-
- Bed down and maintain projects that have recently been implemented, ensuring their long-term success and effectiveness.-
- Participate in multi-disciplined projects throughout the network to drive broader supply chain improvement initiatives.-
- Contribute to end-to-end client-specific enhancement projects, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results
You have:
- Completed Relevant University degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Btech Industrial engineering will ONLY be considered if you have a completed additional Honours and have relevant experience
- At least 3 years related warehousing, logistics and supply chain improvement projects experience,
- Retail Logistics experience is an advantage
- Valid Driver's License with own transport
- Travel to operational sites/hubs when required
- Experience in a logistics, warehousing or retail environment
- Experience in a project environment
- Experience in business process re-engineering
- Experience in data analysis and supply chain management
- Advanced MS Office Skills, particularly Excel, Word and Visio
