This role involves managing the production of their product line according to prescribed quality standards, overseeing inventory management and order fulfillment processes, as well as assisting with assembling parts. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts to produce products in accordance with company Production Quality standards.
• Order production parts from local and overseas suppliers, ensuring timely delivery within specified dates.
• Verify deliveries against original orders, addressing any discrepancies with suppliers promptly.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and implement minimum stock quantity standards.
• Handle non-conforming products and report issues as necessary.
• Ensure proper identification and traceability of all production items.
• Process work orders upon job completion and maintain records of incoming and outgoing products.
• Conduct regular stock takes and manage stock values.
• Update stock cards and oversee inland freight operations.
• Coordinate delivery and dispatch activities, including loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Provide assistance with installations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive or air conditioning manufacturing industry preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
