Do you thrive on driving positive change across diverse populations and influencing senior leaders towards measurable business impact? If you're energized by these challenges, we invite you to explore the Senior Program Manager position with Amazon in South Africa.

We are seeking an experienced and influential Senior Program Manager to spearhead Amazon's strategic initiatives under the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act (B-BBEE). This pivotal role demands strategic acumen, problem-solving prowess, and a knack for developing value-driven strategies.

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll chart the course for our program vision and roadmap, delving into Amazon's processes to identify areas for improvement. Crucially, you'll keep a finger on the pulse of progress, communicating outcomes to senior leadership and adjusting strategies as necessary.

This role calls for a blend of analytical rigor, stakeholder engagement, and leadership finesse. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external partners, rallying alignment around common goals and gathering valuable insights. Additionally, you'll define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and course correction.

Amazon knows that a diverse, inclusive culture empowers us all to deliver the best results for our customers. We celebrate diversity in our workforce and in the ways we work. As part of our inclusive culture, we offer accommodations during the interview and onboarding process. If you'd like to discuss your accommodation options, please contact your recruiter, who will partner you with the Applicant-Candidate Accommodation Team (ACAT). You may also contact ACAT directly by emailing [Email Address Removed]. We want all Amazonians to have the best possible Day 1 experience. If you've already completed the interview process, you can contact ACAT for accommodation support before you start to ensure all your needs are met Day 1
