About the position
Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland's leading digital agency. More recently, Webrepublic has launched a subsidiary in South Africa to work hand-in-hand with our HQ in Switzerland. Our team in Cape Town has grown and we are now looking for a Senior CRM Consultant to expand our local presence into a large-scale operation
As a Senior CRM Consultant you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that enhance customer loyalty and drive business growth and make sure that our clients receive state-of-the-art services.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Head of Retention & Activation, your duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
- lead the strategy and execution of customer retention and activation initiatives for FIFA across various channels (Email - WhatsApp & Push Notifications are a plus) including:
- creating, configuring and deploying deliveries incl. audience selection and segmentation, content building, testing and all relevant proofs for approvals,
- analysing and interpreting delivery results,
- monitoring the overall performance across all initiatives;
- to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand campaign-specific requirements and KPIs, and how these translate into email marketing initiatives,
- to present and pitch our services to existing and potential new clients.
Qualifications and Skills
As an ideal candidate, you must have the following:
- graduated from a top university (BA / MA in Business or Social Science),
- have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in customer retention and channel management (execution and strategy),
- have a proven track record of driving a complex project requiring flexibility and problem solving,
- get excited about bringing new ideas and drive the development of the communication strategy of a global brand,
- have the ability to understand the client's marketing objectives and are able to translate them into retention & activation goals,
- understand target audiences' attitudes, behaviours and perceptions by using a variety of market information, research and clients' data,
- speak English fluently, experience in Sports Marketing is a plus.
