About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security & Investigations Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both security and investigations, with a proven track record of identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats.
REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and investigations.
  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience working with law enforcement and other agencies.
  • Proficiency in security software and systems.
  • Valid security license or certification.

DUTIES:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into any security breaches or incidents, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and writing detailed reports.
  • Monitor and analyze security systems and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the company's assets and personnel.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies as needed to address security concerns and incidents.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify potential threats and recommend solutions.
  • Train and educate employees on security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and awareness.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in security technology to continuously improve our services
