About the position
JOB PURPOSE: Are you a seasoned sales manager with a passion for building high-performing teams and driving results? You'll be responsible for actively managing and optimising the sales pipeline, ensuring efficient conversion rates and propelling the business towards ambitious sales targets. IMPORTANT: This is a hands-on role where you'll be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations. You'll not only guide and motivate your team, but also actively monitor the progress of loan applications throughout every stage of the pipeline.
