Key performance areas would include the following:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
• Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes.
• Develop and lead the sales team.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate would have:

• excellent knowledge of the Western Cape market

• a proven track record in a similar role

• intrinsic motivation to achieve extraordinary levels of performance
• relevant tertiary training
