About the position

Green Marble is a well-established recruitment agency in the East of Pretoria that’s been in operation for 15 years. We are looking for Recruitment Consultants on all levels, who are HUNGRY and DRIVEN to make money.
We believe in building strong relationships with our clients and candidates and the focus is on QUALITY and not QUANTITY.
 
Even though you will not be required to cold call, you will still be responsible for the entire 360 Recruitment process as the client and Job Spec will be provided to you. 
 
All you need is the drive to go the extra mile to succeed.
Min Requirements:

  • Must be able to speak Afrikaans and English fluently.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Natural ability to sell.
  • Target-driven and hungry for money.
  • Value relationships and quality above quantity. 
  • Previous recruitment experience required.
  • Perseverance skills.
  • Highly motivated. 
  • Excellent health.

 Job Description:

  • Drafting and posting of advertisements.
  • Qualifying of Job Specs with the client.
  • Sourcing for suitable candidates on various search engines and matching them according to client requirements.
  • Telephonic screening/Response.
  • Interviewing.
  • Generating candidate shortlists.
  • Priming and Debriefing of clients and candidates. 
  • Salary negotiations.
  • Extend offers to candidates. 
  • Aftercare with client and candidate. 
  • Regret unsuccessful candidates.
  • Provide Business Developer with potential and hot leads to follow up.
