JOB PURPOSE
To maximise profit through efficient material costing and stakeholder management

ROUTINE TASKS KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:

Effectively deal with all contract administration

Effectively manage clients, sub-contractors and suppliers

Effectively manage contract revenue

Effectively manage on-site contract staff

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
BSc/BTech in Quantity Surveying
5 - 10 years as a Quantity Surveyor on Construction sites with Water Treatment
background

Sound knowledge of site environments and workflow requirements

Very sound knowledge of safety procedures

Sound knowledge of quality control procedures

Sound technical knowledge associated with site construction requirements

Good contract management skills

Basic computer literacy
