About the position
We are seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Quality Control/Assurance Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a laboratory setting and possess a strong understanding of quality control processes. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance procedures within the company and ensuring that products meet the necessary standards.
Responsibilities:
- - Develop and implement quality control procedures for all products
- - Conduct regular inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards
- - Coordinate with production teams to address any quality issues
- - Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- - Train and educate staff on quality control procedures
- - Maintain documentation and records related to quality control processes
- - Collaborate with other departments to implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
- - Bachelor's degree in a related field (chemistry, biology, etc.)
- - 5+ years of experience in quality control/assurance roles
- - Experience working in a laboratory setting
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- - Knowledge of quality control standards and regulations
