As the Business Development Manager - Mineral Processing, you'll spearhead the expansion efforts in the Wet Mining sector across southern Africa. Your role will involve implementing growth strategies, conducting market intelligence, promoting our cutting-edge products and services, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. You'll relish the challenge of being at the forefront of the company's growth, driving innovation, and ensuring we meet global standards while exceeding customer expectations.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a relevant tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical, or Mining Engineering, coupled with 7-10 years of experience in the mining sector. Your proven track record as a lead process engineer, coupled with exceptional technical acumen and client-facing skills, will set you apart. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with a self-motivated and results-driven mindset, are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is also required.
