About the position

You will be responsible for:
? Create and manage Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns for our clients as well as assist in setup on
new clients.
? Test and manage campaigns, creatives, and strategies
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ad creative and messaging align with overall marketing
strategy and client strategy/CI
? Track and report on ad performance and provide insights and recommendations for
improvement
? Testing and experimenting with different ad formats and targeting options to improve
performance within the accepted cost ranges
? Explore other paid online channels outside of Meta
? Manage Meta comments and Facebook pages

Qualifications / Experience (What we expect from you):
? Marketing qualification (3 years)
? Digital Agency experience (advantageous)
? Uses social media
? Knowledge of digital advertising, eg, Facebook, Instagram, PPC, SMS marketing, organic search,
content marketing
? Understanding true CPA/ROI in paid advertising (Performance Marketing)
? Good with ad copy and creative
? Use of wordpress, photoshop, CMS's also advantageous
? SQL, HTML, excel other coding also advantageous
? Self-managed, attention to detail and time management skills due to remote working
