OPERATIONS MANAGER WITHIN THE MEDICAL INDUSTRY
RE1 AND RE 5, FSCA OPS MANAGER, 7 -10 years MUST HAVE
Our client, in the RISK SOLUTIONS field has a Contract to become permanent vacancy for a Operations Manager with RE1 and RE5 experience.
The Operations Manager is responsible for strategy development for the effective operation of the insurance company. He/she must manage the operational alignment and implementation of strategic objectives to support the bottom-line performance.
Commercial degree (Finance/Accounting/Business Management/Risk Management/Economics/ Insurance)
Active Registration with FSCA with RE5 Certification
RE1 Certification is desirable
Post-graduate qualification in Business/ Finance/Risk/Economics is desirable
7-10 years’ experience in Senior Management Operations including but not limited to:
Proven effective leadership of a business unit
Advanced communication skills
Extensive Excel knowledge and experience
Lateral and critical thinking
Stakeholder relationship management
Financial management
People management
Strategic development for the insurance company
Execution of the strategic objectives
Monitoring and Reporting on business performance
