About the position

There is a vacancy for a Receptionist /Office Administrator Bordeaux Randburg.

Applicants must have good administrative skills, communicate well in English and be able to work under pressure.

Must have a caring style, good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with the elderly.

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • All reception duties
  • Promoting and directing all enquiries
  • Managing, monitoring and responding to web page and social media enquiries and following up
  • Administration for Head Office managers as required
  • Compiling and distribution of minutes of meetings.
  • Collecting and collating statistics
  • Arranging and preparing for meetings and training
  • Controlling stock
  • Office Welfare
  • Diary management for Head Office managers
  • Assist with the MHA database as required

Must have own reliable transport and drivers license. Must be computer literate and have general administration experience as well as Customer Service experience.
