About The Employer:

- Brand Coordination:
- Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Monitor brand performance and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage and curate content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media analytics and report on key metrics and trends.
- Graphic Design:
- Utilize Photoshop and other design tools to create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, and advertisements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
- Content Creation:
- Generate compelling and informative content for social media posts, blogs, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create content that highlights the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster relationships with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Identify and engage with influencers and partners to amplify brand reach.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in brand coordination and social media management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience with other Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with solar energy products and industry trends.
