About the position
Join my client's team as a Junior Factory Manager, where you'll play a vital role in overseeing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of their agricultural facility. They are seeking an ambitious individual with a passion for the electrical field to contribute to their dynamic team. Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in a similar environment.
- Supervisory/management skills required.
- Electrical Trade Test (Red Seal) is a MUST.
- Proficiency in creating drawings using ProfiCAD or a similar program.
- PLC Programming, especially Siemens and Unitronics, is beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and maintain communication with clients.
- Develop and adapt the bill of materials.
- Creating basic drawings on ProfiCAD.
- Demonstrate natural leadership abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Lead and manage a team predominantly stationed in the factory.
