Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will act as a strategic partner to the
organization's leadership team, providing expertise and support in all areas of human resources management. The ideal candidate will have a strong
understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to the organization's leadership team on all HR-related matters.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage day to day employee queries
Advise on and Manage Disciplinary matters including investigation, representing company in both internal hearings & at the CCMA when required
Participate in the recruitment process and assist with ensure a positive candidate experience.
Conduct performance management processes, including performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture and enhance employee morale.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations and mediation.
Stay current on HR trends and best practices and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a business partner capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
