We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team in Kriel. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a CA (SA) or CIMA qualification. Experience working in a mining house is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities and operations of the organization.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Supervise accounting staff and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CA (SA) or CIMA qualification.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a mining house is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
