About the position
. Ensure training and assessments are conducted within the required time frame
. Perform regular PTO's in order to identify gaps in training areas
. Perform constant on-the-job follow-up on training being conducted at the Training Centre to ensure training is relevant and being put into practice at the operation
. Ensure at all times that documentation is aligned and up to standard according to ISO 9001 and all other company policies, procedures and standards
. Ensure implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards / policies
Desired Experience & Qualification • Grade 12 • Assessor Certificate • Moderator Certificate • Train-the-trainer Certificate . Two years training/coa

. Two years training/coaching experience in a Plant & Safety Environment
. Induction and Health & Safety Representative courses presentation will be added advantageous.
. Must be medically fit to work on surface and at Heights
. Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
