About the position

Our client specializing in the Sales Industry based in Cape Town is currently looking to employ an External Sales Representative.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years automotive parts sales
  • Wholesale / Retail Replacement Parts Sales experience preferable
  • Experience / Knowledge in Mobile (moving) Air Conditioning preferable.
  • SAP
  • CRM
  • MS Office

 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prescribe products or services based on the customer's needs and or market needs.
  • Follow up on leads generated (including new COD accounts opened) by Internal Sales or from external source.
  • Generate quotes, sales orders and invoices follow up.
  • Identify / Suggest products or ranges based on customer needs, identified opportunities or current stock levels.
  • Visit customers on a regular basis as per call cycle time allocation 80/20 principle.
  • Train customers on the products and how to use it or organise training through suppliers or in-house.
