About the position
Social Media /Digital Marketing and Office Admin.
- Research and assisting on social media
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Front desk client liaison - screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate. Host and manage guests at reception, meeting rooms, board room
- Secretarial support devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Meeting arrangements internal and external, including researching and booking venues, catering arrangements, booking transportation, etc
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
- Office services support for the company (management of photocopier/fax machines/scanner, stationary, groceries, printing consumables, etc)
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation
