About the position

Point S Bruma is a family owned Tyre and Auto Centre that opened in October 2022. Our one stop shop is geared towards customer satisfaction (developing and maintaining long relationships with our customers). We offer the following products and services:

• Tyres, Balancing, Wheel alignment
• Exhausts, brakes, shocks, suspension repair, CV Joints and Bull Bars,
• Tow-bars and Air conditioning
• Rim repair and or rim replacemen
• Car Service both major and minor

We are looking for candidates who are hard working team players not afraid to get their hands dirty.

Skills:
Candidates who display strong negotiating and selling skills and who have excellent people skills who are intuitive to our customers needs will be considered. Candidates must be able to remain calm when dealing with customer complaints and issues. It is vital to not buckle under pressure and be very target driven.
Other key competencies:

• Be well-groomed and presentable.
• Be fully bilingual as we have a broad customer base
• Be able to work well as part of a sales team but also be able to deliver and work independently.
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with customers

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Recommend and select products for customers based on their individual needs
• Describe products and explain their benefits and uses to potential customers
• Communicate with customers in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
• Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services

Experience:
5 years of SALES EXPERIENCE in the Motor Industry specifically related to our scope of work listed below:

• Tyres, Balancing, Wheel alignment rim repair and or rim replacement
• Exhausts, brakes, shocks, suspension repair, CV Joints and Bull Bars, Tow-bars and Air conditioning
• Car Service both Major and minor
• Being computer literate in software such as Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook (Training will be provided for the operating software we use for processing sales)

Desired Skills:

• Product Knowledge
• Problem Solving
• Critical Thinking
• Sales Person

Desired Work Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

Desired Qualification Level:

• Grade 12 / Matric
