About the position
Our client is currently seeking a talented Copywriter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in copywriting, coupled with a strong background in community management. This individual should be adept at crafting messaging hierarchies, immersing themselves in our clients brand's tonality, and ensuring relatability to our clients audience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in copywriting and community management Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional writing skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in crafting messaging hierarchies and adapting tone of voice to suit different platforms and audiences.
- Experience in community management, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather insights from social listening and audience analysis.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their features, as well as trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to community engagement.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling and engaging copy across various platforms and channels, including social media, website content, emails, and advertising campaigns.
- Create messaging hierarchies that resonate with our clients target audience and align with the brand's identity and objectives.
- Dive deep into our clients brand's tonality and voice, ensuring consistency across all communication touchpoints.
- Manage community engagement and interactions across social media platforms, fostering meaningful relationships with our clients audience.
- Conduct thorough research and social listening to understand audience preferences, behaviors, and interests.
- Identify opportunities to position our client’s brand in relevant online spaces where our client’s audience is active and engaged.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that copy and messaging are aligned with marketing strategies and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of copy and community engagement efforts, making data-driven decisions to optimise results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continually improve our client’s copywriting and community management strategies.
