- Diploma, Degree or B Tech at minimum NQF Level 7 in Construction/ Project Management or Civil Engineering
- Professional Registered (Pr. CM or Pr. CPM)
- The registration must be with SACPCMP and the bidder must attach proof of registration or a professional registration number.
15-20 Years of experience in construction, maintenance, repair and operation of surfaced roads and related works with the responsibility of overseeing roads related works
