About the position

NON-EQUITY position

Your Role:

• Upholding a high correspondence standard with local and international clients both on email and telephonically
• Follow Standard operation procedures.
• Compile quotations and Invoices
• Logging and updating information on demand
• Discuss and assist clients with orders particulars
• General Administrative functions
• Client file organisation and maintenance
• Promoting and scheduling of orders
• Requesting funds and converting pending orders for production.
• Compiling Job Cards

• Valid Drivers license & own vehicle
• Computer Literate (MS Office)
• Good time management skills
• Be able to function well under high pressure

• Professional working proficiency of the English Language

• Be between the ages of 30-45

Advantageous:

• Customer service experience
• Professional working proficiency of the Afrikaans language

Offices are situated in Sydenham, Port Elizabeth.
