The role :

Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain a portfolio of esteemed clients.
- Comprehend the requisites and expectations of clients.
- Endeavour to foster enduring professional bonds with clients, fostering a mutually advantageous environment.
- Safeguard against client defection to rivals.
- Formulate remedies for client predicaments and effecting timely implementations.
- Ensure the punctual delivery of products and services to clients.
- Serve as a conduit of communication between clients and an organization's personnel.
- Swiftly addressing customer grievances to uphold trust.
- Identify high-value clientele and devising strategies for nurturing relationships.
- Analyze market trends and bolstering sales efforts.
- Compile and present regular reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Craft enduring strategies for client retention and plotting their implementation.
