Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
- Provide accurate and transparent information regarding pricing, financing options, and warranties.
- Effectively negotiate sales contracts to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the customer and the company.
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings to maintain relationships and drive sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and maximizing revenue.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable customer experience throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
