Dale Orelowitz (Managing Director, Brainstorm) is a Recruitment Specialist with some 19 years’ experience. In 1993 she launched and ran Staff Wise for 11 years (with a staff of 6 permanent employees, they placed between 25 – 50 permanent and temporary staff per month). Dale then joined an Executive Search Company where she remained for 7 years, working in every area of the business. Initially we started placing sales staff and then went into the executive arena, placing some of the Blue Chip listed company’s most senior executives, senior managers and managers. We also dealt with the larger and middle-sized unlisted companies.
In 2011, Dale launched her own Recruitment Company, Brainstorm to provide clients with the benefit of her broad-based knowledge and experience in this field. Dale intends handling an exclusive portfolio of clients, so that she will be able to give ‘one-on-one’ personal, hands-on service. The ability to deliver streamlined, excellent service, without huge overheads or ‘search’ fees will be the key differentiator from other recruitment companies.

Every manager, senior manager the candidate will report to or interact with, will be interviewed. Strategic questions will be asked to really understand what skills, culture and type of candidate would make the ‘perfect’ fit.
