About the position
Our client, a listed industrial group, requires candidate to lead a branch based in Secunda and to manage customer support and service and assume overall responsilbity for the success of the branch, including budgets and revenue targets as assigned. This is a role with the full operational function. The successful candidate will manage the following: Qualifications and skills required: Matric or equivalent. Valid driver's licence.
First Line Management/Supervisory qualification essential.
Computer literate, with intermediate to advanced proficiency in MsExcel.
Working knowledge of administration and related processes.
Tertiary qualification in Operations or Business Management
3-5 years' experience in the same or similar industry managing a team
