About the position
Join a legal firm with a robust knowledge of the South African business landscape and a comprehensive service offering under one roof. The firm is a Level 1 BBBEE (AAA+) Value Adding Supplier.
The continuous staff training ensures that practitioners remain at the forefront of their fields, enhancing their professional growth and expertise.
Qualification: Must be an admitted attorney. The candidate will be appointed as an Associate from June 2024.
Experience: Requires 3 – 6 years of post-admission experience in employment law.
Specialization: Experience advising employers in both public and private sectors on a range of employment-related issues.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and its practical applications.
- Proven ability to handle complex employment disputes.
- Excellent drafting skills for legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Capable of providing legal advice under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
