About the position

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/lnformation Systems.
  • Post-graduate qualification in IT/Computer Science will be advantageous.

Relevant industry certifications will be advantageous:

  • Programming: e.g. CSS, HTML, SQL, EDI, C, SQL, Python
  • IT Governance: e.g. COBIT, ITIL, TOGAF

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in people management.
  • Minimum of 5 years practical experience in supporting large scale multi business applications.
  • Requisite Functional Competencies
  • Computer literacy in Ms Office package.
  • Knowledge of all legislation pertaining to IDFC.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial planning and forecasting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Public Financial Management Act.
  • Knowledge of corporate governance principles.
  • Knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts, frameworks and methodology.
  • Knowledge of legislative compliance.
  • Practical knowledge and understanding of performance management systems development and implementation
