About the position
The Application Support Analyst will provide high quality application and systems support, understand the nature and business impact of requests and perform the required analyses as well as provide second line support for technical and functional solutions. Operational Delivery: Experience Technical Competencies
At least 3-5 years in an application support environment
At least 3-5 years on Oracle Database
Knowledge on PL/SQL is advantageous
Experience working in a high availability environment with multiple operational instances
