Main purpose of the Job:
Ensuring the efficiency and productivity of the Warehouse and distribution functions and achieving Cash & Carry Sales budgets. Assisting with customer sales orders where required.

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant / National Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant
• 5 year's relevant work experience
• 5 year's warehousing experience
• 3 year's managing staff
• Food Industry/manufacturing industry advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

• Provision of excellent service to customers
• Financial / Cash Management
• Staff management
• Accurate daily processing and maintain of deposits and orders
• Process telesales customer orders
• File and maintain orders and documents
• Ensure sales orders are processed and delivered timeously
• Accurate and efficient stock counts
• Efficient and accurate receiving of stock - notifying branches of differences
• Follow up on in-transit; inbound and customer queries
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene practices
• Accurate stock order replenishment
• Drive cost reduction within the branch
• Warehouse and Distribution management
