About the position

Our Client in the Financial Services industry is seeking a Talent Coordinator to join their team. 

You must be well organised and efficient with the ability to maintain discretion and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed an HR Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination and HR / Employee reporting.
  • Experience working with an HRIS system (Sage 300) and a relevant ATS.
  • Strong Excel skills (must)

The Role

Talent Reporting and Analytics:

  • Effectively using the HRIS reporting function.
  • Collaborate with the Head of HR to enhance and advance employee metrics and reporting capabilities.
  • Assist with preparing monthly and quarterly talent metrics.
  • Ensure data is accurately recorded on HRIS 
  • Support HR Manager with employee reporting 
  • Ensure new starters have a positive onboarding experience 
  • Arranging exit interviews and accurately recording of interview feedback

Recruitment Co-ordination

  • Advertising vacancies, arranging interviews, managing all recruitment correspondence.
  • Assisting in reviewing and screening of applicants
  • Assist Talent Manager with effective diary management and meeting scheduling

Employee Wellness, Training & Development:

  • Support the Head of HR in managing all aspects of employee onboarding, training, and development initiatives in collaboration with the Skills Development Facilitator.
  • Assist the HR team in coordinating and executing wellness initiatives in line with the organisation’s wellness strategy.

Graduate Recruitment: 

  • Support the development of the graduate program
  • Attending career days
