Our International Client is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team
- Knowledge of Africa Export
- Relevant Degree / Qualification
- Previous Procurement and customer experience
The Role
Daily customer order receipt and placement to suppliers within the agreed target lead times.
Educating distributors on their order manner and actions - improve order manner
Sourcing: ensuring this is conducted daily basis / within agreed time frames.
Issue quotations / proforma invoices to distributors within the agreed timeframes
Assist distributors with back-order enquiries.
Monitor customer enquiries on pricing and support queries
Join team leader on supplier meetings and KPI reviews - raise any operational challenges and support with countermeasures/improvement areas.
Daily communication and relationship with Suppliers
Communication with customers on new products
Prepare an action plan for any areas of concern from monthly meetings with distributors
Prepare weekly order update reports for various distributions
Follow up with distributors on payments on time
Processing all orders daily
Answer distributor queries within 24 hrs
Build good relationships with distributors & suppliers.
