Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or in progress).
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in an operations team and environment.
Experience in Power BI, Excel, Qlik or other similar dashboard tools. (Advantageous).
Experience with ServiceNow (advantageous).
Essential Skills Requirements:
Precise understanding of time management and task prioritization.
Ability to manage and correct system configurations and entries.
Ability to develop accurate reporting data for the department and domain codes.
Ability to design and develop dashboards using PowerBI, Excel Pivots, and other dashboard reporting tools.
Ability to assist in process optimization and improvement.
Familiarity with data analysis.
Capability to support operations tasks across multiple products.
Understanding of basic operations KPIs and performance measurement.
Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and operations applications.
Manage and maintain daily operations and tasks.
Ability to assist in postmortem treatment of incidents.
