About the position
A leading provider of turnkey bulk materials handling solutions is looking for an experienced and adaptable Marketing Manager to take full ownership of its marketing function. This company specializes in delivering innovative solutions from concept design to commissioning and handover, serving industrial and manufacturing sectors.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, building brand presence, and establishing internal marketing capabilities. This is an opportunity to shape the marketing department from the ground up. You won't be managing a team - you'll be the team, driving initiatives, managing the company's online presence, and ensuring the brand message is consistent and impactful across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies (LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Create marketing collateral and compelling content for digital and print.
- Maintain and optimize the company website (SEO, UX).
- Lead brand development and enforce brand guidelines.
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns and industry events.
- Recommend marketing tools and establish reporting structures.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, ideally in industrial/manufacturing/B2B.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva) and website platforms (WordPress).
- Strong copywriting and social media management skills.
- Understanding of brand management and visual identity.
