Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives.
Requirements management, communication and organisation.
Document requirements in appropriate detailed user stories on JIRA (Agile methodology) including acceptance criteria for testers.
Preparation/ updating of other relevant documentation.
Identify and assess business risks and opportunities.
Ensure alignment of business architecture with enterprise architecture.
Assisting with the business case, where required.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, where required.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven track record of leading successful business transformation projects.
10+ years’ experience in this field.

Extensive experience in business architecture / processes and business analysis.
Proficiency in business process modelling and optimization.
Experience with strategic planning and execution.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of IT governance and compliance.
Working experience with agile methodologies and practices.
