About the Position

Our client, a nation wide supplier of building materials with 49 stores around the country, is looking for a well balanced and mature individual to join their Finance team at their branch based in Rustenburg.
This role requires an individual who is analytical, energetic, self motivated, goal orientated and has strong verbal and written communication skills. If you have a stable record of retail experience and customer interaction skills then this role is for you!

Duties will include but limited to:

  • Overall managemnet of the finance department
  • Setting up of budgets and control of expenses against budgets
  • Monthly and annual financial statements
  • Stock control
  • Profitability and growth strategies
  • Credit managemnet
  • Compliance
  • Managing and reviewing work of 5 staff members
  • Retail environment experience
  • Insurance knowledge will be advantageous
