Cutting edge Mobile Technology Development firm in Bryanston seeks a Customer Support Manager.

  • 3-5 years of experience within a Call Centre in a management role
  • Experience in the customer service and product support space

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant qualification
  • Customer Service Management within an IT or Technical industry
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)

Job Specification:

  • Providing help and advice to customers using our organisations products or Supports
  • Communicate courteously with customers by telephone, email etc
  • Investigate and solve customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer Support assistants
  • Handle customer complaints or any major incidents
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Analyse statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organisation is providing
  • Produce written information for customers
  • Write reports to analyse the customer service that we provide
  • Develop feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
  • Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for the organisation and or department
  • Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
  • Train staff / support team to deliver a high standard of customer support staff
  • Monitor, report and analyse all of the team support carried out, ensuring the support team is operating at the optimal and all areas of weakness are assessed and strengthened.
  • Keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses
