About the Position

Responsibilities:

  • Moderate customer's reviews and respond to their queries via email
  • Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management
  • Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for reviews and email response times and service levels
  • Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.
  • Uses customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience
  • Escalates customer issues appropriately and correctly. Demonstrates timely, accurate and professional customer service
  • Proactively communicates system and process issues, and customer feedback trends to management
  • Exceeds customer expectations by going above and beyond.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian, written and verbal and English as a second language.
  • Matric or equivalent to a NQF 4 qualification
  • I+ year of relevant customer service experience
  • Internet navigation and troubleshooting Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

Salary:

  • R 73 per hour. This works out to an average of R 12,653.09 per month and R 151 837 per annum

Working hours:

  • Hours for your shift may vary between the hours of 07:00 am and 21:30pm. You may also be required to work one day on the weekend

Immigration:

  • Should your require a Work Permit, my client will sponsor your permit application, as well as reimburse costs for application of your police clearance, courier costs, medical and radiological reports costs
