About the position

  • This well-established, independent healthcare intermediary and administration services company has a position available for a highly presentable individual to take on the role of Senior Healthcare Consulting.
  • The successful candidate will report directly to the Operational Director. This position provides administrative support for the Operational director and the Department.
  • Key Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following: -
  • Update billing schedules on monthly basis
  • On boarding of new members
  • Member benefits consultation - inbound and outbound
  • Process new business - submit application forms to the scheme
  • Investigate, resolve, and respond to internal and external client queries
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate client records onto our CRM system
  • Manage projects from start to end and be able to set priorities
  • Have professional communication (written and verbal) and reporting skills to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensuring that all standard documents, such as membership certificates, policy documents, mailers, benefit brochures, are issued timeously to clients
  • Have suitable skills to work in a team environment
  • Adherence to service level agreements (Internal and external)
  • Adherence to internal controls and procedures in place always
  • To support the senior admin consultant and director by ensuring that all necessary information is obtained from medical schemes in completing member profiles
  • Maintain client engagement files with regards to all companies' requirements

Qualifications and Requirements: -

Matric

  • Regulatory Exam (RE5) a must
  • Relevant qualification - (120 credits) a must
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in consulting and administration in a employee benefits and or /healthcare insurance related environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficient in Excel particularly VLOOKUP, will be advantageous
  • Computer literacy (MS Office 365 package - MS Teams, outlook, word, excel, etc)
  • Own transport.
  • Fluent Afrikaans
